Most online 360 assessments use a five-point scale, but because people are reluctant to use outlying ratings, a five-point scale, in practice, becomes a three-point scale. By comparison, our survey uses a ten-point scale which provides more differentiated feedback. |

We review survey results in small groups, where participants have time to review their 360 feedback with an executive coach circulating to respond to questions. This initial review is followed by exercises in which people are grouped by development areas for relevant discussions and assistance in creating development plans. |
